The caravan is a 35ft x 10ft Atlas
Everglade. It is situated in the quiet Sandhills area of the
Butlins caravan village which is approx 5 min walk from the main
Skyline Pavilion of Butlins, The van is situated in a Cul-de-Sac
location and occupies a corner plot with plenty of land
surrounding it. |
| There is parking available at the side of the
van. It has been very well looked after and is a good standard
of accommodation which can accommodate up to 8 guests in it’s 3
bedrooms; 1 x Double, 2 x Twin (1 with a bunk bed) and a double
bed available via the seating in the living room. |

The van has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area,
a bathroom and the bedrooms to the rear of the van. There is a
very large veranda with lights outside the caravan with patio
furniture providing an ideal, secure play area for the little
one’s and a great place to eat al-fresco or enjoy an evening
drink on a long, warm summer evening.
The living/dining area has a large wrap around seating area with
a gas fire for your comfort. In the living area we have a 21”
LCD television with built in DVD player (with a small selection
of DVD’s), a video player (with selection of videos for the
kids) and Freeview. We also have a Playstation 2 (with some
games) for your entertainment. Also available is a CD/Radio
player. A tower fan is also provided for your comfort during the
warmer seasons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a
self-catering holiday and comprises the following:
• Full size cooker
• Full size Fridge/Freezer
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Sandwich Toaster
Also included is a large selection of cookware and a dinner
service, cutlery set and glasses for 8 people.
The bathroom has a full size shower cubicle, toilet and a basin.
There are storage cupboards within the bathroom for all your
essentials!Master Bedroom – has a double bed, large
wardrobe, above bed shelves and a side unit. A lamp is provided
for those of you who like a little bedside reading. A travel cot
is also provided.

Bedroom 1 – has 2 single beds, a single
wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bedroom 2 – has 2 single beds (one of which is a bunk), a small
wardrobe and cupboard space.

In addition to the bedrooms sleeping 6 people, the seating area
in the lounge has a pull out double bed proving the extra
sleeping area for 8 people.
Extra’s
• We have provided an iron and ironing board so you can always
look your best!
• A Hoover and a selection of cleaning products are provided to
help to maintain the caravan to it’s high standards
• 2 portable electric panel heaters and a fan heater are
provided so you can holiday in comfort whatever the weather
For your Health and Safety
Our caravan has been fitted with a smoke alarm (in the living
area), a fire extinguisher (in the hall) and a Carbon Monoxide
detector (in the kitchen).
